1990: Joined the Jim Pattison Group

In 1990, Montebello Packaging was privately purchased by the Jim Pattison Group. At this time, Montebello Packaging still consisted of one location in Hawkesbury, Ontario. This would soon change. The Jim Pattison Group is one of the largest privately held companies in Canada with 36,000 employees and $8.1 billion in sales.
